TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - AVOID THIS MOVING COMPANY! If there was an option for zero stars, that is what they would get. My boyfriend booked this moving company one month in advance for the day before his apartment move-out date, paid the deposit, and thought everything was set. However, this company completely failed to schedule the move, leaving him scrambling at the last minute. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered to either reschedule or reimburse the deposit. No attempt was made to fix their mistake and he was forced to reschedule, incurring extra expenses as he had to pay the apartment complex for the additional days he had to wait. When the new moving date finally arrived, he received a call that the driver had COVID and they wouldn't be available for additional 2 days. Once again, there was no real effort to make things right--just another offer to reschedule or reimburse the deposit. When they were asked about reimbursing the apartment fees due to their delay, they refused. This company is unreliable and unprofessional with a total lack of any sense of responsibility. Requesting their services actually incurred financial loss from apartment fees after putting my boyfriend off after they didn't bother to show up when booked well in advance, not to mention the unnecessary stress of scrambling to find anyone we knew who would be willing to help move as he was facing a move-out deadline that had already passed thanks to this company. Do yourself a favor and find a different moving company. We will never request this company's services again and strongly advise others to stay away. And noone is fooled by the generic "response from the owner" to save face thanking us for "the opportunity to learn and improve" because this does not reflect your goal of "quality customer service and satisfaction" when clearly that is not happening. We can't speak to your "service" because you never showed up. If quality and satisfaction was your goal, we wouldn't have to resort to negative reviews to get your attention. We shouldn't have to be contacting you to "further discuss." You should have taken the initiative to correct your mistake when it occurred.

If there was an option for zero stars, that’s why I would’ve selected. Huge scam, do not use this company. They charge by the hour. $200 an hour for 3 men. Before they unpack your belongings, they make you sign about 1000 pieces of paper. While still charging you by the hour. The credit card machine wouldn’t work, so that took extra time, had to talk to the boss on the phone three different times, which took extra time. All in all, I got charged an extra $100. $100 an hour for half hour of me just doing paperwork and trying to get the payment to go through. That was on top of the time it took for them to drive over. My partner left the old residence at the same time the movers left. They arrived 30 minutes after he had arrived at the destination. Then they came in to look at the new residence, went back to the truck and stayed another half hour doing I don’t even know what but I was getting charged this whole time that they were doing nothing. Will NEVER use this company again and would strongly advise anyone else against it. Huge rip off

When the movers called to tell us they would be 4 hours late, we quickly started moving everything we could in our own as we had to vacate today. We left 13 items for the movers to handle. I was shocked to see the invoice for two hours minimum , after it was their fault they were late. They also charged for a half hour each way for drive time (which google lists as 12 minutes, 5.8 miles) and $90 for gas, again for 5.8 miles each way. The move was less than one mile from starting point to new place. I hope no one ever uses this company. Total charge was $762 for 90 minutes of work and moving 13 items.

Stephen Ruiz and Jason moved me from Tulsa to Broken Arrow yesterday. They made the day so comfortable for me and the move was the smoothest move I have ever experienced. I will call again if I need to move. Their kindness and expertise as well as their physical strength and precision are awesome. Thank you and God bless you Justin and Heath. Thanks for being patient with me and my need to move the date up. And not charging me - just giving me the support I needed.

I scheduled my move on 3/28/23 with All My Sons. I got three quotes, All My Sons was on par with the other two. I chose this company based on my question, "What happens if something is damaged? I was told by other companies that additional fees for insurance are required." The lady I spoke with said, " If something is damaged or missing, we fix or replace it." I was told their company doesn't offer additional coverage, when I specifically asked. Two items were damaged. A 65" television and a brand new side by side Samsung stainless refrigerator. It took 2 days to and several phone calls to get a claim form emailed to me. I submitted the form, was offered 216.00 for reimbursement for damages. I then submitted the quote to replace the television that has an 8" scratch and a freezer door completely scratched on the top half along with a dent by the ice maker. Total for both, to make us whole was 1131.59. I emailed A.B., my claim specialist the quotes and was offered 216.00 again. Unacceptable, lacking integrity and completely unprofessional. Spend your money elsewhere if you are having a company help with your move. All My Sons is not one I would recommend.

SHAME ON ALL MY SONS MOVING The workers did the best they could with what they were given. Even though we pay by the hour, I made it clear I was not in a rush, but was more concerned that things were handled with care. Where things went awry is they were unperpared to handle our furniture. There were critical tools they didn't have, Ex. an appropriate dolly, no blankets to protect the surfaces, a lack of man power. A total of 3 pieces of furniture were dropped, damaged and deeply scratched. The top drawer on the dresser is now misaligned and the corner is broken off as this one was dropped twice! Due to the furniture being under a year from purchase, we wanted a moving company that was insured. Customer service stated they were licensed, bonded and insured as well as, went as far to tell me "we are one of the only companies licensed." All My Sons moving company has done nothing to resolve the issue. They offered a few hundred dollars as replacement for the damaged furniture. I will have to hire an attorney now to get this resolved. They sold me on great service and assured my items would be taken care of. The movers reported all of the accidents that happened to their manager. I was sent a claim form, and it has gone nowhere. I attempted to call this evening and talk to a manager and was told there was not a manager on duty. I was hung up on 3 times and finally after multiple attempts, someone put me through to a manger. I was thankful no one was injured, but can not believe that I am left holding the bill for the damages.

I hired All My Sons out of Tulsa to unload a 26' U-haul truck. It was very short notice (called Monday afternoon to unload on Wednesday morning in mid July). I spoke with Trent and he was incredibly polite and friendly. I hired a 3 man crew -- Jesse, Sean, and Chamberlinn. These young men arrived when promised and unloaded that truck very quickly. There was no damage to my belongings or my home; they placed everything exactly where I instructed them to. My experience was very positive and I would not hesitate to hire All My Sons again. Big, big shout out to Jesse, Sean, and Chamberlinn for their work and friendly attitudes!

They loaded up all but two rooms and left two heavy items (chest freezer in garage and treadmill). And the truck was not full, but they said they were ready to take to the new house and stated they would come back to get the rest. They unloaded the items and I discovered they had broken the front stabilizing board to one of my dressers, and broke one leg off my table. The left and advised they would give me a call in about an hour. The move took 4 hours total. This was on a Saturday and I gave them the full day to return with the truck or to call to advise when they would finish. Nothing, no call, and no show. I spent the next two days moving the rest of the house with my mom and aunt. I called Monday afternoon after completing the move to advise "Brock" I was very upset to pay $900 for a full move to only get a partial move and no call back. His response, "we'll take care of this internally and you should have called me on Saturday". I was BUSY MOVING THE REST OF MY HOUSE and was able to finally call on Monday. No offer to fix the problem, no restitution, NOTHING.

Workers were prompt but that is about all that went well. Hinted all day about their tip. Proceeded to leave several items I had to go retrieve (microwave ,palm tree, box of yard furniture already crated) told them from the get go to PLEASE be careful of the $2500 brand new acrylic coffee table that was very precious to me, I bought them lunch, tipped them, and even gave away a few items I didn't have room for. I was repaid with a 4 " gouge on the very table I told them to be careful of. When I discovered the damage my protest was met wit the comment "it must have been the other movers". This was a new ( expensive) item I bought online paid $100 to have shipped and believe me went over it with a fine tooth comb when it arrived. The glass top was so heavy I could not even shift it much less remove it and when these guys moved it it was damaged UNDER the glass so it HAD to be them that damaged it. They also scraped the walls in both the old house and the new one i had just had painted. A glass shelf from my China cabinet was broken. I understand that things get damaged when moving, but I feel this move was far too expensive for the service I received and was very dissatisfied with the $0.60 a pound I can expect for the damage to a beautiful piece of furniture I saved up for for over a year to buy. As of this date and as far as I have been able to determine, it cannot be repaired. If I had it to do over again I would call a more nationally recognized firm. It can't have been too expensive to avoid the misadventure these guys put me through. I joined this website just so I could share my awful experience.

We used All My Sons Moving & Storage of Tulsa but I don’t recommend them. We moved from Tennessee to Oklahoma. My furniture was banged up really bad and I had glass top tables and they didn’t deliver the glass and the table and told them to ship it to us and they told us that they didn’t have it then finally they said they had it so my husband had to drive back to Tennessee which is a 9 hour drive to get them. I don’t recommend them. We got frustrated dealing with them and just decided we take the loss and deal with it. Actually I got estimates and they are the lowest price so I guess they are reasonable. They were on time.

It took about an hour for them to load up. They charged us $87/hour plus travel time. I had left my son’s college money in with my belongings and when I was able to go through them, I found over $300 missing. The company must have stolen the money during the move. IN LOOKING THRU OUR ACCOUNTS, THERE WAS ACTUALLY $500 PLUS MISSING. I FEEL I SHOULD FILE A POLICE REPORT. THESE GUYS SHOULD BE FIRED!!! VICKY ORTON

I have moved many times and recently had an in town move with All My Sons Tulsa. This was the worst moving experience ever. Information given to me over the phone at the time of scheduling was completely wrong. The moving crew worked hard, but were inefficient, underpaid by the company and poorly trained. I had a run-in with the "boss" over the phone who was rude and clearly interested only in his bottom line and not customer service. The workers smoked, used foul language and one even wore a semi pornographic shirt promoting drug use to my house and around my kids. He did remove the shirt when asked, but I shouldn't have had to do that.

The 2 man crew arrived to begin the move of our mother's 2 bed, 2 bath, 1000 square foot home an hour late; said they got lost. Mom moved less than 5 miles into another small home. The movers were very inexperienced...for one man it was his first day and his brother, the other man, had been on the job for 3 weeks. They were very young men. I was quoted the price of $89.00 per hour at the time of booking. I booked this company less than 1 week before the move, over the phone. No paperwork was exchanged and I was never given an estimate of the move. We discussed what I thought it might take...2 bedroom 2 bath, into a 2 bed 2 bath...should have been NO MORE than 6 or 8 hours..therefore we were prepared to pay approximately $600.00 - $800.00. We did the packing ourselves. It took them over 7 hours to load the furniture and get it the 5 mile distanct to the new house. And, they would not have been able to accomplish loading the truck without the physical help of my sister and my husband. It would have taken them several more hours without their help. Once the movers got to the new location with the furniture loaded onto their truck we were told what the amount would be... $1700.00, which was more than double what we expected. Total shock set in...we were told, very unprofessionally, that we would pay or our 86 year old mothers things would be locked up on the truck, period. We signed, supposedly a contract, at that time.. UNDER EXTREME DURESS. I have never read a contract from this company to this day. It was now time to unload the truck at the new location. The driver of the truck did not know how to back it through a double gate to the patio, so he just parked it in the back ally and we were going to use a dolly to move the items across the back yard and through the patio door. Myself, my sister and my husband were invited to get in the moving truck and help the movers off load the items, which we did to move the process along more quickly. The movers were to set up 1 queen bed and 1 king bed, put the mirrors onto the dressers and place the furniture in the appropriate rooms. They could not get the washer nor dryer through the door...our contractor was onsite and he brought them into the utility room from the patio for the movers. The movers did set up 1 queen bed, but left a slat lying on a dresser in the same room. No mirrors were attached to any dressers. They set off the sofa, 2 recliners, television, misc. living room tables, dining room table and chairs, mirror to a dresser, king sized matress and box springs, some metal cabinets which were to be placed into the garage onto the ground in the back yard. They moved the truck to the front of the property at which time they unloaded 2 freezers and 1 side-by-side refrigerator freezer. Once those items were unloaded, one of the young men told me that he was going to put away the dolly and move the truck. THEY GOT INTO THEIR TRUCK AND LEFT. Furniture sitting in the back yard and all!!! We called the Tulsa office, but they were closed. By now it is 7:45pm...this move began at 9am...We spoke with someone in Dallas at the corporate office and he just said there was nothing he could do...afterall, he was in Dallas and we were in Wagoner! Therefore, myself, my sister, my husband and our contractor had to carry all of the items into the house to protect them from weather. Several days later, I was informed by the manager in Tulsa, that they charge time and a half after 8 hours...that never was mentioned before, EVER. I took pictures of the items which were left in the back yard that we had to move ourselves. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE OF A MOVE!! I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which has gotten us nowhere so far. Also, filed a dispute form with my mother's credit card company. We are waiting to see what happens with that.

. We moved about 1 1/2 miles. While carrying out our bedroom amoire/dresser, they dropped it and busted the back. Two of the drawers are jammed. Needless to say, I had to get another moving company to move my fridge, washer/dryer. two hutches, quilting table,2 huge hutches, and a housefull of boxes, clothes, dishes, fabric.....2 men....$398.00. We finally got them to send us a claim form for our amoire. Litle chance we will be compensated for it. This is the last company I would do business with.
Description of Work: This company was suppose to pack glasses, and move the whole house. No packing was done. There were 4 men. In eight hours, 3 bedroom suites, 2 dining tables and 8 chairs, 1 love seat and 3 overstuffed chairs were moved. All this for $1800.00. We were charged around $269.00 for gas!!

The sales representative and office personnel were professional and congenial. The moving crew seemed basic at first, but did not follow instructions at the delivery site. At one point all the crew were simply standing in the moving van when there was much work left to do. As a homeowner, I worked alongside these men and did heavy work that I (as a woman) should never be expected to do. About midway through the delivery portion of the move, the crew "supervisor" demanded that I sign papers that they had already done their job. When I questioned him why this was before the job was done, he laughed at me and said, "Well, we still have the rest of your stuff in our van" (implying he could drive away with it if I did not sign). there was one more request to sign different papers near the end of the work, which I did. The crew proved to be rough on our boxes, damaging some of them. We had agreed to spray paint some boxes orange if they were lighter in weight or if we had partially emptied that box, so the workers would carefully stack them on top of other boxes. We found them at the bottom of the stack of boxes in our garage, after the movers had left. The crew was disrespectful, and seemed to be on the lazy and "short cut" side. I would never have expected such bad attitudes from someone working for the owners of All My Sons, with whom we initially contracted.
Description of Work: The company crew moved our furniture and stored furniture from one address to another only 7 miles away. 90% of our possessions were still boxed from an out-of-state move.

Not well. The move was a nightmare. The three men who moved me were very nice, but as it turns out, not very good at moving. A majority of the furniture they managed to pack and move (they didn't get it all done) was damaged. The furniture was wrapped, but only in seran wrap. There was a lot of furniture and boxes. Boxes were loaded and then furniture, so in the end there wasn't room for all the furniture and another way had to be found to move it. The company did come out and offered to pay to have the furniture which was damaged repaired. It took over three months, but the company did make good on their offer.

First crew (move out crew) spent much of their time on their phones and trying to visit with my wife and I. Did they not know they were on the clock and we were paying by the hour? When I left briefly my wife said the crew stopped working and got into the cab of their truck. When I returned the got out and resumed working. I had done everything I could think of to make this a quick and easy job for them, but they were slow and sloppy. For example, when they moved dressers (the long type with mirrors), they put them up longways on a dolly. So what do you think happened then? Yes, you got it - everything in the drawers was turned upside down and fell all over the interior of the dresser. All the contents were scrambled in one end of the dresser(s), and some stuff got stuck between drawers. A few things were very difficult to dislodge and I thought something was going to have to break before we get a few of the drawers to come out! I complained and got a different crew on the second half of the move. They were better, but the first thing the guy with the paperwork wanted me to know was how I could give them a tip! They were referred by our realtor. We would not recommend them or use them again.
Description of Work: Performed two moves - one out of a house and into storage, then out of storage and into a new house.

After emailing the only 3 I could find on the Better Business Bureau's website, I only heard back from All My Sons. The phone reps were great, she was professional, polite, and called me back a day before the move to confirm the time, etc. The crew showed up on time....and that is all that I can say of a positive nature, really. There was one guy who appeared to be the crew leader, who was polite and always working, never stopped, and he deserved every penny he was paid. Another....well, he liked to talk...a lot. I can tell you in great detail all about a toy his neighbors child once had, his ex girlfriend, and the land lord they used to have, and much more...and all of this was either related to me or another crew member while standing still. It was so bad that at one point, he asked me if I had a problem with him, and I told him, "yes, you seem to do an awful lot of talking and not much work"....to which he sort of stammered around and I said "take now, for example, there is no box in your hands." That seemed to help, for a while. The third guy was a chameleon, he worked while he was with the first guy, and didn't while he was with the talker guy. I had to pay them based on their estimated time of completion, when the truck arrived at the new house. After that, since they estimated only an hour to unload the truck it had taken them almost 6 to load, they began to run back and forth from the truck to the house....but I still wound up paying them for about 8 hours work, when the original estimate was 4 for a 980 sq ft, 3br house that was mostly packed before they arrived. They broke my dresser, and apparently "fragile-glass" markings meant throw it down, as some good crystal was broken as well. I felt like I paid for 3 men to move me, but only got 1 and 1/2.
Description of Work: I hired a 3-man moving crew @ $99/hour on the phone reps word that the job would be done much faster. The cost was to include the use of a large moving van, and to cover their mileage en route from point A to B. The rate is by the 1/4 hour, and includes a 1 hr trip charge (minimum cost) and they also were to disassemble furniture, wrapped things in blankets, and there was 60 cents/lb insurance, as well.

We were very pleased with the outcome of this move. There was nothing broken as they moved everything carefully. They listened to what we had to say and made our experience a much easier one. I would recommend their moving services.
Description of Work: They moved us across town about five miles into our five bedroom home. They did all the packing, moving, and then unpacking.
