Action Plumbing & Drain

I called first thing that morning and they were there within a few hours. He was able to clean out the main drain and clear any blockages we had. They are always very friendly, professional, prompt and reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

The plumber is so great. I will tell, the job he did is so great comparing him to two other plumbers that I had before for fixing the same problem.

John was great, he came the first day and performed a pressure test on my gas piping. He then worked with and me and the gas company to schedule a day to set the gas meter and install the water heater; on this second day I don't think this could have worked out any better. John and his partner were very professional and answered any questions I had, he also gave a very good description of how the heater worked, and a walk-through of the flushing that I should perform routinely. A very pleasant experience, I will definitely use action plumbing again.

They were very professional. They showed up early each day and worked hard to get all of the repairs done. They kept us informed through each step of the process.

I am not the kind of person that settles for 1 quote. Being a former buyer for an aerospace company, I know 1 quote is not sufficient. I called 9 plumbing companies including home depot and Lowes. Action Plumbing gave me a quote that was not so low that I knew it would cost me more once they came out to install the water heater, but a quote that was firm. The next day the water heater was installed. They made room in their schedules to accommodate us. We had been without hot water for 7 days, not to mention the flooding in our closet......I would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services. Their add says it all........They are the best in my book and I'll spread the word to friends, neighbors and co-workers. Now If I could only get my insurance company to be so accommodating..... I guess you can't win them all......

I called to have a hot water tank checked. They employee cleaned the ignitor and we had hot water for 24 hours. I called again and was told someone would be there at a secific time - no show. Same thing next day - no show. On the 3rd day someone showed up and got a part number and said it would be in the next day. Two days later we finally got the part installed and the cost was $565. As part of this same call, I said I wanted to change out the tanks on my high pressure LKohler toilets because they sound like jet airplanes. I was told the could do that and after a week the guy shows up with Crane tanks that don't fit. After a week of no shows and lies, I paid them the $565 and told them goodbye.

Cannot say enough good, about the team from Action Plumbing. When called for a quote, they called back promptly, arrived on time, and were very knowledgeable. They just didn't sell me a fix, they provided options as well as cost solutions we could live with. When they arrived to perform the work, they again arrived on time, and were very professional about their approach. They returned the yard back to its original appearance, less new grass as agreed on, and cleaned the job site perfectly. They also used drop tarps to place the dirt on, which reduced the amount of disturbance made to the surrounding yard. Additionally, they were very professional towards my wife, who was at ease having them preform the work out front. Again, I cannot say enough good about the team Michael, John, and Steve. Action Plumbing will be the only plumber we will call in the future.

Called about hot water heater not having much outflow or hardly any water pressure. Steve came and looked at my tank. Next day I received a call setting up a time for them to come replace my tank. They confirmed that I wanted them to purchase the tank for me. Steve replaced with a brand of tank, I had had previously and that he has installed for about 30 years and he knew was dependable. They called me the day before they were to do work, to see if they could come that day. I said yes. They had estimated they would be here around 4 p.m. and arrived at 4:45 p.m Which I had assured them I would be home so they could come when they needed. It took two men to carry new tank up and old one down my stairs. They were very polite, and did everything they could to make sure no water got on my wood floors. They cleaned up after themselves, and hauled away my old water tank. Cost me about $20 more than my estimate from Lowes, but I feel like I got a better quality water heater, and might have had to pay more, when Lowes realized they had to haul tanks up and down the stairs. They were here until almost 6 p.m. But were able to get the job done, before the really cold weather moved in. Gave me advise on not putting blanket on water heater, and how to keep setting lower, so the tank would last longer.

Came over to do a free inspection, cost me $255 after the fact. Was cussed out on the phone. Very poor experience.
