The sales rep came out took measurements of windows for roller blinds, showed some samples etc. A few weeks later I ordered the blinds of which came in and were installed. Three (3) were crooked along with the weight bar at the bottom of each being noticeably short 1and quot; on each side on white blinds leaving them looking unfinished. I feel this should of been explained by the sales rep at the time before ordering. After checking out three competitors, their roller blinds weight bare are finished out and capped on each end for a polished look After the installation, I sent an email to the sales rep saying how disappointed I was with the product and was asking for her thoughts of what to do, she took me by surprise by replying to my email by defending her product and its weight bar were the norm, she never had anyone complain, along with how movie stars had purchased their blinds, she had sold blinds in homes from $650K to $850K. Her nor the owner of Accent Blinds called for follow up and schedule a time to access the situation to even at like they cared. I allowed my second check to be cashed totaling $1500.00 for 10 blinds, thinking Accent Blinds would follow through to resolve the matter. Instead they sent the installer out to adjust three blinds that were crooked by adjusting the bracket up or down. The blinds were all installed with 1 screw per bracket leaving them sagging and once again unfinished. Regarding the weight bar when asked his reply is this is the norm. Note to self, do your home work before purchasing from Accent Blinds, Keep in mind my plight as I have been dealt with poor customer service, representation of blinds, manufacturer of blind, installation and poor follow up along with being out $1500.00. and having to start over.
