Answered my request for somebody to come.Help in an emergency situation and was able to work me in his schedule. Replace 2 outdoor faucets with pipes.Head to crawl under and extremely small space.Took four hours bill with seven hundred dollars

I would highly recommend Manny with About Plumbing. He truly knows what he's doing; he's competent; honest, and professional. I thought I had a huge problem with the hot water supply; I expected to pay hundreds of dollars for the repair. I thought I needed new pipes installed to replace corroded old ones...we live in an old house. Any plumber who was willing to be dishonest could have puttered around in my attic and then charged me much bigger amounts of money. But Manny just fixed it, came out of the attic, and told me it was a simple matter. And he charged me a surprisingly small amount for the call. He drove from Broken Arrow to Sapulpa, fixed my problem, and only charged me $80. I couldn't be more pleased with a plumber. I will call Manny in the future with any kind of plumbing problem, because I am sure I can trust him. He's the kind of person who not only wants to do the job right, but he explains your problem to you carefully and in terms you can understand...so you can make a good decision about how to fix it. I found Manny here in Angie's List; I looked through a lot of the recommendations...and I chose him because of comments that he is professional and takes time to explain problems/solutions. Each job he has done hasn’t taken more than a few minutes except for 2 things, but everything was so dirty afterwards and overcharged. He sends me estimates through my email and doesn’t itemize it and I told him it was too expensive because he never actually changed anything, he just adjusted things. When he sent me itemized lists, he charged me $80 just to adjust my water tank and $80 to change the shower faucet! I’ve had this house for 15 years and anyone else I have ever used have never charged this much, unfortunately my regular handyman and plumber have retired now though which is why I’ve been looking for someone new. The most important thing is he is a liar, he attracted me by saying he wouldn’t charge to do estimates but then overcharged elsewhere. If he did a good job and just overcharged a little bit I wouldn't have complained but this was just too much. I don't know why he treated me this way because I'm a woman and was here by myself or if he does this to everyone.

Manny was very friendly and experienced. He did a great job of explaining what the problem was (tree roots) and he also even gave a suggestion on how to possibly keep the problem from happening again. He is a very nice person and seems to be trustworthy. His price was very fair and was exactly what he quoted over the phone. We will call him again in the event of future plumbing issues.

the owner of about plumbing was very professional and knowledgeable . the day he was supposed to come he had run into a longer time at a previous job and called to say he would definitely be here the next day and he was. we were pleased with his work ethic and he was able to get the job done

Manny showed up the next day, as we had a conflict in scheduling. Manny got out his equipment & went to work. He explained everything as he putting the snake in the drain. He got a lot of hair/fabric out of there no cap. He did a great job!

The work was delayed a day because of horribly cold weather. Both of the faucets required some inside work, one in the wall and one in the floor. The work was completed quickly. The inside work on one could be done in a closet and a access panel was installed, which looked fine. The one in the floor requirec carpeting to be pulled up and a section of the trim cut out, along with part of the floor. I can barely see where the work was done. Manny was very professional and kind. We are very happy with the work.
