The customer service and rate of work is just two stars for me, They did not complete the job after they got paid they were supposed to finished , but it started raining, they did not finished rolling what they put down, they said they would come back and finish it, I called them back almost two weeks ago and asked if they would come to complete the entrance of my driveway by rolling it because it didn't get done, they said yes ma'am we will and we are going to re roll the whole driveway, which is approximately a half a mile long and even called me back to say they would, but haven't heard from them since, they acted they did not remember me when i called back, after paying them $18,000 which i had to borrow and we will be paying on for years, with the numerous conversations I would think since they were supposed to come back in the first place they would remember me, they told me a time frame in the beginning and that was not correct as well, I chose them because they were on Angi and I have given them ample time to completed the project I paid them on 03/15/2023 and it is 5/15/2023 today, two months is plenty of time before I made my review.
