Description of Work: repaired a valley on the house that may have had a leak. One man for less then 3 hours plus material seems to not be worth $800. He didn't speak English and never said anything if I asked a question. I don't know if he ever found a leak or if it was somewhere else.

Description of Work: Due to the slope change from house to patio cover, ice dams were created. The previous owners of our house used someone other than A-Best when the roof was replaced a few years ago. We've used A-Best three times fix some of the resulting problems. In this instance, more shingles were needed to match and they weren't readily available. The folks at A-Best made the effort to track down a few cartons stashed in a warehouse for us. They may not be the cheapest available, but they're certainly the only ones we use and recommend. Service is prompt and effective.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A GREAT JOB GETTING MY ROOF ON RIGHT AWAY. WE WERE IN A RACE AGAINST A BAD STORM THAT WAS MOVING IN AND THEY MADE SURE EVERYONE WAS WORKING TO GET THE ROOF ON RIGHT AWAY. AFTERWARDS THEY EVEN CALLED BACK TO MAKE SURE THE WORK HAD HELD UP.
