This was a long process because the shingles that were initially installed were defective by the manufacturer. A-Best Roofing was wonderful at assisting us with having them replaced by the manufacturer. The original company had gone out of business and had been purchased by a new company. A-Best was so helpful in going the distance on trying to help us have the problem resolved. They were very helpful in assisting me with addressing the company. They kept in great communication with me and the company. In the end, the manufacturer paid for all of the materials and labor to have A-Best does the job. They completed the job in about two days and it was great! Everything worked out very well with the work they did.

I was very pleased with A Best Roofing. They were on time, kept everything picked up while they were working and when they left in the evening. The roof and the guttering are great and work very well (as we had a lot of rain the day after they finished it was easy to see the great job they did).

An experienced roofer came out to give us an estimate promptly after I called them. The work was done with very little disturbance to us. We thought we heard a little noise briefly one day and that was it. They normally require a 50% down payment before any work is started, but they waived that for us. They mailed two invoices asking for full payment after the work was done. I paid the full amount one month later and they were very nice about it. We would hire them again and would recommend them to friends and family.

It was very easy to call for a free estimate. I had called three other places that either did not return my call or did not have someone in the area to give us an estimate. Chris came out, spent time talking to us, got on the roof, and took pictures. The estimate was probably on the high end, but not much more than we expected. We decided to go with them, because Chris was very knowledgable, the quality products they offered and he had samples of, and he was able to help us finance for no interest for 6 months (which we just payed off). Also they were able to flash (and replaced wood) in a open, trouble area over our front porch that we wanted to keep. Our neighbor was shopping for a roof replacement as well and the three companies he had come out said they couldn't or wouldn't keep the same openings over thier porch. The workers were quick and efficient. Very cautious to not leave trash and nails behind. They started 2 days after it was planned- due to rain, but roof was done in 2.5 days. We got the roof vent free. The job supervisor we above and beyond by mading a special trip to the office and back to get us a sample of the roof color we picked, because Chris didn't have one when we picked it. (He did have pictures). The finish work was the best!! They used a quality cuff around all the vents and painted all the vents a color that matched the roof. You don't even notice them now. Overall a top notch job!!! You definately get more than you pay for!!

We had major storm damage from the July 2014 wind storm. I could not have been more pleased with A-Best Roofing. Mike and the staff went above and beyond to please us. From the first quote to the final inspection, each step went as we were told with no surprises along the way. The estimate we were given might have been a little higher than others but we were so comfortable with their professionalism and believed A-Best is who we wanted to complete the project on our home. It was a big investment so we wanted only the best. First step, the quote covered everything and gave us many options based on our price point. After we signed the contract they sent someone to our home to make all the arrangements and completely explain each step of the process. From when the materials would be delivered to the final clean up, we knew what to expect and the process was 100% on target and even completed a little early. After the roof was completed, our salesman Mike returned to check the work and make sure we were pleased. He even blew leafs off the roof so he would miss anything. He saw one small area that didn't please him and had someone out within 24 hours to make the correction. It's not often that a company exceeds you expectations but in our case A-Best Roofing did.

Came out surveyed the roof, and prepared an estimate in detail. Reviewed with me, answered questions and concerns. Established a start and completion date. Came out daily to review job and quality of work.I would recommend them without a doubt.

They are excellent. They are very punctual as well. They are very reasonably priced and fair.

ABest patched my roof from wind damage. The shingles were such a mismatch that I reroofed the entire house. The roofer obviously saw the difference in shingles, but no call to the customer was made. My call to them resulted in another inspection, which resulted in ABest telling me that they had the right shingles. Never did they say that there was an obvious difference in lots...or give me any options to fix the issue. In fact, they had a pretty negative attitude from the start. I had the roof replaced 6 months later by a very reputable roofing company listed in Angie's list. So do your homework. I might add that I had several experts tell me they installed the wrong shingles.

The representative arrived at the appointed time and surveyed the gutters to determine the amount of work to be done. He did not provide a verbal or written estimate before he left. When he was called a week or so later, he did provide an estimate over the phone, and he was asked to provide a written estimate. This they never did.

I had to call them 3 times to get a response for an estimate. Their price is about 80% higher than another very reputable roofing contractor.

THE COMPANY HAD TO COME OUT AND TAKE OFF THE OLD GUTTERS AND PUT ON NEW ONES. THEY DID A EXCELLENT JOB, AND CLEANED UP WELL AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS.

ONE MAN ASKED TO USE THE RESTROOM, BUT I SAID NO BECAUSE HE WAS DIRTY AND HE RESPECTED THAT AND WENT DOWN THE STREET TO A GAS STATION. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB AND IT WAS DONE FAST. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP ALL OF THEIR MESS.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON REPAIRING A MYRIAD OF PROBLEMS WITH MY ROOF INCLUDING LEAKS AND HOLES. THEY ALSO DID A REALLY GOOD JOB CLEANING UP THE MESS AFTERWARDS.

I WAS VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY. THE SUPERVISOR LEFT THE CREW UNSUPERVISED FOR A WHILE AND PROBLEMS STARTED. THEY ENDED UP GOOFING AROUND PUT THE SHINGLES ON WRONG.

THEY WERE SO GOOD, THAT A FRIEND OF MINE RECOMMENDED THE COMPANY TO ME. I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON MY ROOF, AND IF THERE WAS ANY PROBLEMS WITH MY ROOF, I WOULD HAVE THEM REDO IT.

THEY CAME OUT AT SEVEN A.M. AND THEN WORKED UNTIL THEY WERE FINISHED AT SEVEN P.M. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO, WHILE THEY WERE HERE. THERE WAS NO MESS OF ANY KIND LEFT WHEN THEY WERE DONE.

THEY CAME OUT WITH IN THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE. THEY ALSO HAD THE ROOF DONE IN ONE DAY WITH NO COMPLAINTS. THEY ALSO HAD A GREAT CLEAN UP.

THEY DID A VERY FINE JOB WITH MY ROOF. THEY CAME AND GOT STRAIGHT TO WORK. THEY EVEN HAD TO COME BACK ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, BECAUSE OF THE RAIN. THEY DID NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT THE RETURN TRIPS, THEY JUST WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT THE JOB GOT DONE.

MY NEW ROOF IS WAY BETTER THAN THE OLD ONE. THEY GOT MY ROOF DONE QUICKLY WITHOUT DAMAGING ANY OF MY YARD. THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF CLEANING UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
