+ 6 moreAmazing! Building our dream home with Tim Sprik and Brik Properties LLC was smooth and overall easy and even fun. Tim is easy to communicate with, he is honest, he explains things well and treats people the way he would want to be treated. He provided a budget and communicated about the timeline, he offered perspective from his many years of building, but ultimately supported whatever we chose and made it happen. He worked with sub contractors well and has contractors who are loyal to him because of the way he treats them. I would HIGHLY recommend building with Brik Properties!
