My heater went out Wednesday evening and I called the next morning at 7:13 and he was there at 8:27 but couldn't get in the house to repair the unit. Mis-communication as to which door I had left open for him to be able to get in. He went to another call and returned; changed out the thermostat and was finished with the job by at least 10:00. Just wanted to say that THIS is service and he will be called in the future with all of my heating and air problems. Thank you for such good service from a and quot;home townand quot; company.
