They showed up promptly and did a through service inspection and replaced a part. The price was very reasonable. The serviceman was polite, friendly and careful not to track dirt into the house when entering it. Very professional. THANK YOU WATKINS Heating and Air!

They came back three times (in 8 days) before they diagnosed the problem and fixed it correctly but charged me for every time they came out.

We were pleased.

They told us it would be $600 to repair inside unit but I ordered the part online for under$13 had someone weld it and my husband put it back together.

I scheduled the job via phone the prior week and the tech showed up on time and performed the assignment. My heating and AC unit was installed by Jay 11 years ago and we schedule this service each year before winter.

Mr Watkins was quick to provide the services we arranged for. He has a nice office and warehouse and his office staff was polite and helpful. The crew that worked on the house showed a different attitude. Whenever we came into contact with them they were not friendly and rude. They walked through the dirt in the yard coming into the house instead of using the drive way and side walk. After the work was completed Mr. Watkinscame into our home to collect and was confrontational to the point that I was uneasy about him being there. We had asked him to clean out the heating unit in the house we were living in at that time. The crew went into the attic and came down and reported the condition of the unit to Mr.Watkins. At the time of paying for the the services they provided when Mr. Watkins was in my home, after paying $9000 he charged me $60 for looking at the heating unit. He became irate because we had not chosen to go ahead with having the unit replaced. When I suggested that considering the amount we had paid for their services on the other house he might forgive the $60 he became confrontational and aggresively rude.

My 33 year old heat pump failed. Watkins Heating and Air Conditioning gave estimate and was selected to do the replacement job. ,Their work crew was the best I have seen. The job was completed in 1 day plus 2 hours. They used American Standard brand, which they considered the best, and now I do. Since installation I haven't had a single problem with this unit and it has lowered my utility bills. I'm well satisfied with the job and company.

They did a great job as usual. I have been using their services for many years and have nothing but good things to say about them from the people answering the phones to the Service Techs. I highly recommend them to anyone needing AC or Heat service.

I liked everything about them. The owner Jay came out and inspected the attic. A couple of days later, he came back with an estimate. He showed me the good better and best options and let me make my decision. He thoroughly informed me of each option. He did not try to sell the most expensive option. He also offered warranties that other companies hadn't offered. He also filled out and mailed the warranty information for me, which was really nice. They thoroughly cleaned up all of the old materials and hauled all of it away.
