+ -1 morehad to call them several times to get them to complete the gas line install and charged too much to put a faucet on a capped line in the garage. Would not call again and would not recommend.

+ -1 moreThey finally showed up a day or two after I called, pulled the stool and LEFT IT SITTING IN MY FRONT YARD until I called their main office. They put it back together and it was filthy, you can't imagine my disgust. I was initially estimated $75.00 which I paid. Then got another bill for over $200 which I returned with a nasty letter.
Description of Work: This has been a while back, but I was recently reminded of their shoddy work by a friend who had used Dale's on her home and had paid a lot of money getting it fixed after they were done! What my situation was, and this was in 2007, a small bathroom stool was clogged. I was undergoing chemo at that time and needed a stool because I was frequently ill.

+ -1 moreI recently purchased a property (first time buyer) and the people I bought the house from used these guys. I had concerns about the septic due to a strong odor outside and there was a leaking pipe under the house. Dales went out 3 times to my knowledge before I ever closed on the house. Each time afterwards I went to double check their work and I had to let them know there was still a leak and a smell. About a week ago Dale told me he would be by Saturday or the following week. I have yet to hear from them and decided to go with someone else. They did give me a 1 year warranty when I closed but I don't hold that very high when they can't fix the problem the 1st 2nd or 3rd time. I'm glad everyone else had good experiences with them and I hope I'm the only person who deals with dales liket his.
Description of Work: Not much, I guess you could call it an inspection.

+ -1 moreI called because water was leaking and they came within 10 minutes. 2 hrs. later, everything was done. This is the second time I used them...the first time, they replaced a new spigot by my barn...they are prompt, efficient, and priced very reasonable.

+ -1 moreI called in the morning and told the person about my problem. She had the plumber call me and they told me when they would be here. They came out the same day even though I told them it wasn't an emergency. We had a broken water line that cracked due to the dry weather. They repaired it using fittings that would make the line more durable and reliable. We were very satisfied with their work.
