Rock Creek Septic

I being new to the area was told about Rock Creek septic. I had Rock Creek septic come install, not one, but two septic systems in April 2024. One for my house and one for my camper. Rock Creek was eager to come out, eager to do the work, eager to collect the money the 14,000 dollars. It is now mid-July 2024. I have reached out several times. The tanks floated, now both tanks are still sitting somewhat underground and above ground a couple feet too. The lid on one is still off and the job not finished on either tank. Other agreements made and they have not stood on their word on those either. Yesterday July 20, 2024, both Larry and his wife came out and completed the install of my septic system. I am now very pleased with the job. They were both very pleasant. I did not have well water present at the time of the initial install, but I did have a pond full of water and a pump that could have been used to fill the septic tanks. The pond is roughly 10-15 yards from the septic tanks, not far at all. That aside, I am now very pleased with the out come, and very grateful they were so kind to come and complete. The dirt work, with regards to covering the tank was remarkable as well. They are also truly nice people. Perhaps I shouldn’t have become too upset and a bit frustrated, because they do seem to be kind and wonderful people.

These owners were extremely thorough and helpful. They educated me on maintenance and they were an awesome team.
