"We're sorry to hear about your experience with our HORRENDOUS wifi service, pricing, and customer service. Please chat with us at cablelynx.net so we can resolve this issue" I've been waiting over half an hour for a single response in the chat. I've been on hold on the phone for 28 minutes now as well. I dont expect to be spoken to anytime soon, per usual. This business is being reported to the BBB and hopefully shut down.

Description of Work: Great about installing digital cable, but awful about responding when it doesn't work. Continued awful service from Tahlequah staff.

Everyone I've spoken with here has been polite, and seemingly wanting to help, but... they have not been able to deliver what they are selling yet. After Numerous calls routed to their call center at Cablelynx and having a company tech out 3 times they have not been able to get the internet right and deliver the service I ordered and paid for. Prior to ordering the service I was told by both Tahlequah Cable and Cablelynx that what they call their high speed turbo (up to 50 mbps) was available at my address. I spoke with many, many people at both Tahlequah City Hospital and Northeastern State University about internet providers in Tahlequah prior to deciding what service to install. Despite many unflattering reviews, based on Tahlequah Cable/ Cablelynx's advertisements, the services featured on their website, and what they told me over the phone, I ordered their service. I Ordered and paid (by check at time of install) for the most expensive package they have at ($139 per month) for advertised speed up to 50 mbps. I'm Lucky if im getting 2- 3. Many times less than 1. I'm even having trouble with simple email, much less web browsing. Forget about trying to access services like Netflix, it just hangs and hangs on this ISP's service. Numerous calls to their service center. I've recieved several reasons for why I'm having problems like they didn't have my order correct, I had not ordered their fastest service, that I had ordeed their enhanced package, not the turbo, ... That for some unexplained reason my modem had been set at residential speed level, etc... Again, I'm paying over $130/mo just for internet, and getting somewhere between 0.8 and 3 mbps. That's using Speedtest and numerous servers including their own sppedtest.ark.cablelynx.com. Last tech who came out yesterday admittted he was not getting much better from the connection and modem they installed. That's not even up to the advertised speed of their lowest priced ($59/mo) package. At 2 - 3 mbps I'm getting less than 20% of what I am paying for. Blamed it on the bandwidth. Couldn't do anything about it. His solution to the problem was to drop me down to their lowest price package, even though I was not getting anywhere near that speed either, and credit my account. Waiting to see how quickly that cedit happens. I was told they are in the process of upgrading infrastructure and that things should be better in another month or so. I'm assuming I'm dealing with professionals who understand the importance of providing service annd value to their loyal customers. I'm also assuming the people running this businss know they cant advertise something they cant deliver, and collect money from people under these circumstances. Perhaps the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, state utility regulators, and the FCC can explain this better than I can. I would like to be here again, in another month or so, and provide a glowing review of this company and their servce. Presently, I'm sitting tight, along with many friends and interested third party observers, waiting for them to deliver on my now adjusted, credited, slower, lower-tier internet service package, and hopefully, something closer to that 50 mbps they advertise for Tahlequah, in the very near future.

Terrible customer service at Tahlequah office. Paid cash in person three months running, and they didn't credit our bill. Had to go in with receipt every time they threatened cutoff. Just got another overdue notice, and the check cleared over a week ago. We'd go somewhere else, but AT&T is a nightmare to schedule out of the central office. If you can, stay away from Thq cable! As people flee cable, their rates continue to climb. Awesome.
Description of Work: We have cable, phone, and internet through Tahlequah Cable. Access is consistent, but customer service is terrible.

Overall, I wish I had never signed a contract with this company. They profile students and treat them with no respect. We are paying customers and deserve the respect of any other customer.
Description of Work: Internet and cable were installed and turned on perfectly. The line was supposed to be buried in the first month. The line was NEVER completely buried, and the cable company contracted an independent company to dig the line. The company they hired had no clue about burying lines or cable. On top of this, the cable turns on and off, requiring me to call once a week to get it turned back on.
