+ -1 moreOur hot water heater went out, so we called the guy who installed it. When he called back (next day) he said he'd be at my house "tomorrow". Instead he went on vacation without coming to my house or bothering to call to say he was going to be unavailable. All the while we are trying to contact him, getting voicemail.
Description of Work: He did not perform a service, that's the problem.

+ -1 moreThey were wonderful. They were very professional and easy to be around. Their work was excellent.
Description of Work: They have done anything from installing an air conditioning unit to installing a built in humidifier. We have been using them for about 5 years.
