Be careful, these guys are not trustworthy. Especially their #2 guy. They done me wrong and took advantage of the situation. Let me try and explain. So I already had my AC unit checked and the issue was the compressor. I needed a new compressor and it was still under warranty. So I called these guys and the guy I spoke to was oh so friendly at this time. I explained to him that I needed a compressor replacement and needed to make sure they could handle the warranty since only certain companies can be considered under that warranty. They said yes they were and could fix it. They said they would charge a $100 bucks to come out and basically re-diagnose the issue which was fine. I understand they need to make that decision themselves even tho I already had it diagnosed. Then they said after that it would be $1300 to fix it including the compressor being covered by the warranty. That didn’t seem right to me. Seemed like I was paying for the compressor even tho it was u set warranty which made me think they were probably just pocketing that money for themselves. However I found out later that was actually a very cheap quote for this particular job. But i was still skeptical. But anyway so I didn’t have a choice so I agreed to that price. So a couple of young kids showed up. They Spent less than 5 minutes “diagnosing” my issue and I paid them $100 bucks even and had to sign a paper they said just showed I agreed they came out to the house. So after that a week goes by and I don’t hear anything back from them. So I called these guys and left a message numerous times and after a day or so the second in charge(can’t think of his name at the moment) answered and was an absolute A-Hole. Just a huge smart elick and he wasn’t acting that way because I was rude to him like you would think. I knew I was in a position to be taken advantage of because I had no choice. (Oh the a-hole’s name is Brian. The main guy Ron is friendly, BUT he’s friendly while ripping you off too) my ac had to be fixed. So I was sure to be as friendly as possible just hoping they wouldn’t screw me over. They were sure nice the first time I called but they were ready for when I called the second time too. They knew I was calling and was wondering why no one was contacting me back. Guy is just an A-hole. So I explained that we had a deal so they could fix my compressor and at first he didn’t even know what I was talking about. Like they had already forgotten or just gave up on the agreed job. All they wanted was to do the diagnosis and take my $100 bucks. They never had any intention of doing the compressor. I later found out that to do the work I needed done would of been around $1900 and that included the compressor being covered. So what this place done was low balled me On the big work so I would agree for them to come out and diagnose the issue and take my hundred bucks. And then never contact me again because they wouldn’t and never had planned to do the job for $1300 in the first place. It’s a hard job and they knew they didn’t wanna do it. They literally took advantage of the situation just to get the diagnosis money and then left me hanging. They never had any intention of doing the job. Then they tried not answering my calls and when they finally did answer I was treated like a piece of s*** and like I was wrong and they just settled on the “we done our job so the $100 is fair” but that wasn’t actually true. They just hid behind that fact. I recommend strongly to not take any chances or hire these people. I have since learned there are many other options out there than these scammers. Don’t let the main guy whose name is Ron fool you. He’s very friendly and seems like he would always do you right. But he will choose easy money over doing the right thing for his customers. Look at the other bad reviews. This is something that continues to happen with this company. They don’t always have the chance to do what they did to me but if they get that chance they’ll take that easy diagnosis money and run. So be safe and just call someone else.

The owner came and gave us a very competitive bid. We accepted the bid. He gave us the dates he could install and how long it would take. He was to the minute and dollar on everything. Great experience. I would highly recommend.
