We contacted the provider to fix the internet. He replaced the cable outside but never contacted us before hand so we could be there. He came back again and replaced the modum on the inside but was in a hurry to leave and didn't fully test it. We had to go into the main office to test it and then plug it back in ourselves. After 4 days of jacking around with it, we had internet.

My husband dropped the payment in the night deposit box. The lady retrieved the payments dropped some checks in the paper shredder. The lady TAPED the piece that was damaged and sent it to the bank anyways. My bank, The Community Bank of the Arbuckles, called the telephone company and said they needed to contact us and have us issue the telephone co. a new check. They never called us. Our phone is a lifeline phone. My husband is terminal. The lady lied and said our check came back as insufficiant funds. We talked to the people at our bank and they sad they called and told them they cannot accept the check taped up and to call us. She never did. So between Aug 2012- Nov 2012 our phone had been shut off 3 times costing us $200 in disconnect and reconnection fees. My husband showed up and proved he paid it and the same lady initialed our reciept. She lied and said that she didn't remember my husband until he pulled out our reciepts showing her initials on it. They claimed they put the woman on probation whch is another lie. They have done nothing to her. They have retaliated against us by cutting our phone off each month between Aug-Nov. I am looking into another service like Vonage or Majic Jack. They are going out of their way to cause us distress. They removed our disconnect-reconnect charge. We have proof through our bank that they lied and are in the wrong!! Tomorrow I WILL be filing a complaint against the Chickasaw Telephone Company. They called the police on my husband because he was at the post office right across the street. As of Nov 1, 2012 we can carry a gun on our hip in plain view. He got out of the truck he took his gun out of the holster and locked it up before going into the post office. State law says a non-violent offender can carry a gun as long as it is in plain sight and we don't go into any establishments that say no weapons of any kind allowed. That lady seen him take it out and lock it up. It was the only place he went was the post office. The lady has a sin that is a cop. He pulled him over and said give me your gun. My husband said no, he has legal rights and civil rights to carry his gun. That was the city of Sulphur police officer who's mother works at Chickasaw Telephone was who stopped my husband. Thank God there was a hiway patrolman who was watching everything through binoculars watched everything happening. The city officer called for backup. The State hiway patrol and county sherriffs showed up. They said no my husband did nothing wrong and the city police officer was in the wrong. It escalated to where the city officer went ballistic when the other officers took my husbands side. State trooper asked if my husband wanted to write a statement. It was so out f control that the state police was going to arresst the city officer for violating my husbands rights. The Chief of Police personally talked to my husband and said he was in the right. The Chief of Police apologized to my husband and encouraged him to carry his gun and the city officer was reprimanded and it was part of his permanent police record that he harrassed and violated my husbands rights. The officer was still threatening my husband in front of state police and county and Chief of Police!! That he had to come to town sometime and that he'd get him! He was told to go home for the rest of the day. Our beef is not with the police! The Chief reprimanded the officer it's part of his permanent record. And is not to have any contact witth my husband what so ever! If, BIG IF, he breaks the law he is to call another officer to stop him. I can't prove the telephone company called the police, but it's obvious. Small town politics and abuse of power!! That telephone company is going out if thier way to harrass him for no reason!!! All because they taped a check that got damaged by their paper shredder and the one lady lying. Same woman. I am tired of this crap. We have enough on our plate that my husband is dying due to radiation sickness and chemical poisoning from a previous job he worked at. Off the record.... The FBI the OSBI and the ATF are investigating this town and county on corruption I think because my husband proved the lady was lying they are retaliateing by shutting off our phone services every month and unlawfully cutting our lifeline telephone off!!! I'm glad that your website provides us with the ability to report bad companys and such. If I didn't have a mortgage I would be so out of this state!!! It's horrible especially in small towns such as Sulphur, Oklahoma. Our new Sheriff and Chief of Police has been a welcoming change!! All that trouble because my husband proved that lady lied!!
