+ -1 moreWe were very pleased with the overall experience. The office staff was very friendly. The technician was very friendly and professional. We appreciated the fact that they called to let us know that the technician was running a little late. We will definately use this contractor again, if we have the need.
Description of Work: Our AC wasn't cooling correctly so we called Air Quality Systems to come look at it. Our appointment was for 1:00 pm. They called before 1:00 and told us that the technician was running a little late but would be there by 2:00. We appreciated their call. The technician did arrive by 2:00 and quickly found the problem. He repaired the unit and had it working again in about 30 minutes. The technician was very professional and friendly.
