"Bathroom remodel: the backsplash was put on with the front facing side against the wall. I had to reorder more and tell them how to do it. Tile installed on floor and shower. Told me to order the wrong amount. I had to reorder more which came from a different batch and didn’t match exactly. Approximately 4 years after remodel the grout started failing. I now have many places with no grout and it’s getting worse. I can’t even find anyone who is willing to fix the mess they created. I highly recommend anyone to find another contractor for any work needed. Terrible work"

"Installers were excellent. Salesman was knowledgeable. Problem was they did not communicate. The first day the installers tore out my vanity as well saying they had instructions to replace it. On the second day, the salesman called me and said whoops, you can either fix that yourself or we can install a new one for 7,000 more than we agreed I was at work so said I could not make a decision then. The installers told my wife that day that they were told I said I would fix it myself. I never said that. The company called to check if I was satisfied afterwards and I told them this. They said they would open a ticket but no one ever followed up with me."

Windows were installed well with minimal damage to surrounding finishes and installers left the areas as clean as they could. Instead of saying something about the broken board they nailed the shingles down to nothing. 2 years later now and the shingles are lifting, I have called them multiple times. They have sent people out twice and told me it will be fixed but then they just do not fix it. I should have hired a local. That is all I have to say."
