Schatz Window Washing

They came right out, gave us a fair estimate for washing all windows, inside and out. We were able to set up a time to do the job within two days. They showed up on time, were very courteous and friendly, were quick, efficient, and neat. Our windows look great!

Schatz Window Washing has always done a great job keeping our windows clean inside and out. We have a large number of windows, glass doors, and glass walls ( racket ball courts), this crew gets the job done quickly and very professionally.

Our neighbor recommended Schatz window cleaning to us, and two days after I called them, Wally Schatz arrived to give an estimate. We agreed on the price and that he would come a week later to do the job. Wally and his helper Milo arrived exactly on time and finished in 1 1/2 hours. They carefully moved the furniture in front of our windows and always took off their shoes when reentering our home. I immediately trusted them in our home and believe they are fine young men. They did a magnificent job! This is the first time I've used professional window washers. I've already scheduled them to clean again in a year and recommend them without reservation to others.

This was the first time I used an outside company to wash my windows. These guys are so unbelievably professional and so meticulous about their work. While they were doing that, they came across a huge wasps nest which they removed and hauled the debris off. I had a five year old grand daughter that played out there and I wasn't even aware that nest was there until they told me.I had a business call so I had told them to be quiet and even though they were in and out of my house cleaning the windows, they never made noise. It was amazing how clean everything was and that night as I was going around making sure all the windows were closed, I came across one they had missed. I called and left them voice-mail to come clean the window they next time they came over. They came out the next day and it was pouring down with rain. They were so apologetic, cleaned that window and as they were leaving, they mopped my floor. I would recommend these guys to anyone because they take customer service to another level.They charge by a window and we have a lot of large picture windows so I thought it would cost me a lot but it didn't. I thought the price was reasonable for the whole house and they were absolutely a pleasure to work with.

Their pricing is so reasonable. They took the screens out and they cleaned up inside and out. We had a hornets nest and they took care of that as well. They even cleaned that up and took the debris with them. They cleaned up and you wouldn't even know they were there. I did notice that they missed the window above my printer. I called them and just left a message stating to come by when they are out around this area. They came out the same day. It was pouring down rain and they took off their shoes. They also used a tarp and cleaned inside and out with the window. They even mopped when they were leaving. I could not believe it. They were just so professional and apologetic when they left regarding the missed window. You just don't find a company like this anywhere. They are just wonderful. I would recommend them to anybody.
