Rod was great to deal with. I most likely wouldn't have been able to complete all the work without his assistance with the other contractors. My wife and I purchased a rental property in Stillwater but we live in Texas. So, that initially made it a little more difficult. However, having Rod on our side really helped. He had meetings with people concerning the work to be completed and I trusted him 100% with everything. He didn't let me down and I'll use him for any work I can in the future because he is extremely dependable. He also ensures the work is done right as opposed to just throwing things up and covering them up. He even took pictures of the progress along the way and sent me texts with the progress.
Description of Work: Rod performed the following: - He was my eyes and ears on the job site with the other contractors - Framed out two bathrooms - Replaced 6 windows - Replaced the front and back door (relocated the back door also) - Put up new siding on parts of the house and replaced some of the missing siding - Replaced rotted wood - Framed out three closets
