Came out and got the clog fixed within an hour and a half of arriving, then he sat in his truck for 30 minutes writing the invoice (which was 2 lines long) and charged me for 2 full hours. It was on a weekend too so the extra half hour was time and a half for him. The work was good and the problem was fixed, but the extra half hour seems unethical to me. That is why the review is low.

Very quick response. They sent the plumber within minutes of my call. He was thorough and made sure the clogged drains were repaired correctly. The price of the repairs was very fair.

Project: Clear a clogged drain and re-set a toilet. Responded to my inquiry promptly. Available to complete the job quickly. Educated us on how to avoid the problem causing the clogged drain in the future. Did a nice job of cleaning up the work site, but we did have a couple of dark marks on carpeting in the room in which the bathroom was located. Will definitely use his services again.

Called on Thursday morning and they were able to come just a few hours later. I had a minor leak under the kitchen sink which was fixed quickly. Very personable and didn't take long at all to fix my problem.

Very professional and knowledgeable. While other plumbers did a quick easy fix, they took the effort to do the job right, fully explained the issue and potential future issues as well as tips. We ha e chronic back up problems and other plumbers just snake through the roof vent to just clear the obstruction. PJ's removed the toilet, bored the line and discovered we had roots growing into our lines. The gave us a quote to install a cleanout and tips on how to slow the invasion of roots. They also warned us that in the future we will need to do some slab work on those lines. We will definitely use again! I highly recommend.

We are very impressed with how our project was handled from beginning to end. We needed quite a bit of old pipe replaced under our house. It was done on schedule and because some of the pipe had already been replaced the final price was less than we expected. We have already used them again and highly recommend them.
