They were very professional and fast. It looks very good and works very good. I am very pleased with the service provided for the price. I will be using them for my other garage door needs.

Great service. We moved into a new house and had no garage door openers or button in garage. Previous owner's had work done after they moved and for some reason the contractors seemed to think the door opener button wasn't important and dry walled over it. Called overhead and they came in and got us new openers for the cars and for the wall inside the garage. Motor was making noise as well and they adjusted and got everything straightened back out.

We believed that the doors themselves also needed to be replaced. When the crew arrived with new doors and the hardware for the auto open systems, the crew leader told us that the old doors did not need to be replaced. He told us that the old doors could be repaired at fraction of the replacement cost. We were pleased and impressed. The net savings were about $800. We found Overhead Door to be very honest. The door openers work as expected.

They seem to do good work and show up on time. Our biggest criticism of them is that the rails look a little light for the size of the door and we have to wonder if this is why they give out in relatively short order. All in all they came out and did the repair as scheduled and I presume contacted our renter as I was only called once to get their contact information. The renter indicated the work was done quickly and with minimal impact to their normal routine.

Everything went well. There weren't any problems. They got me extra openers and got them programmed. They were fast and efficient. I haven't had any trouble. They were great.
