The fence is great quality. They did what they said they would do ..when they said they would do it. Also, I asked that they repair part of another fence that was damaged when a limb fell. Daniel came out for an estimate. He fixed the damage while he was here. He asked if I was pleased with the results.. or he could give an estimate to replace the entire section. The fence looked great. You would really have to look to see where the tree fell on the fence. He didn't have to do what he did. I appreciated his skill and willingness to see what he could do. I would definitely use again!

Took them almost a full year from when I placed the deposit to actual completion of the project. It was 5 months before they started installation. They dug one of the posts through my sewer line and wouldn’t cover the plumber fee (to discover the blockage), but they did relocate that post and fix the drain line after two weeks waiting and not being able to use any water/toiletries. They didn’t stain it until 4 months after initially putting the fence up claiming weather delay but I watched their crew install and stain another project on the east side of town near where I work. When they stained it, they didn’t order enough stain so my entire south fence was un-stained for an additional 4 months and many calls checking when they would finish it. Both gate are poorly built and bow out 1-2” at the top and bow in about an inch at the bottom. Daniel said he would fix it, but after many more calls he had his crew come out and try to fix it, fail, then took the gates off my fence claiming I was refusing to pay the final payment. He was rude and horrible to deal with, the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Do NOT use this company to install a fence.

We highly recommend Oakley Fence Co. They did a phenomenal job on our fence !! We are very pleased with workmanship, price and the fact that it was completed in a timely manner. They are the BEST in town!!

First fence was great except the main gate support post didn't have enough cement around it and it leaned when it rained. I called but they never came to fix it. Second time they blew me off. I had Lowes build my fence

Business required prepayment of $1450.00 on a $2450.00 job. This was received by Oakley Fence Co. 12-6-11. Said because of jobs scheduled it would be a few weeks to get to me. The job was scheduled for Jan. 3 on Jan. 2. I learned this by phone message left Jan. 2. Work crew arrived promptly. I showed them the locations for both walls. At that time, I pointed out where a 1" pvc sprinkler line was buried. This sprinkler system was installed less than 3 1/2 months ago and every trench is still visible. On the last hole for the longer wall, the crew hit the pvc line and broke the pipe. The crew came and told me immediately, and offered no remedy to fix what they had broken. Said he'd never seen pipe like that, it was thin. So I called the company who installed the sprinkler and they sent someone immediately that day and fixed the broken pvc pipe. I asked what they would charge and was told $100.00. I told the member of the working crew before they left that day I expected their labor costs to be reduced the amount of my sprinkler repair bill. He sad I would have to take that up with his boss and he gave me the final bill of $1000.00. I was called later that day and the next by Oakley to find out when I was coming in to pay, which messages I answered by phone 1-5-12 and stopped by their offices on 1-5-12 to settle up. Here is why I am a very unsatisfied customer: When I went in to pay $1000 less the $100 sprinkler repair, Mr. Paul Brown was less than pleasant (to a customer in good standing), going on and on about his people can't be responsible for unmarked lines in yards. First, as a small business owner and employer, I know full well PROFESSIONALS ARE RESPONSIBLE. I would not be in business if I weren't. Second, a short while ago, my backyard was a pasture and I put every wire and pipe in my yard myself. I showed the crew where the 1" line was, and in an area of several feet, the crew still managed to hit a 1" pvc pipe. Customer service was no where evident at this business. I hope there are no warranty issues, because I don't ever want to deal with this company again. The end of it was Mr. Brown said he'd meet me halfway, I paid $50.00 and left. So the end of the tale: it will cost you more than is bid, because Oakley Fence Co. doesn't stand behind the mistakes their people cause. And no apologies for my own inconvenience.
