Merry Maids of Stillwater

Description of Work: I was with Merry Maids for over 20 years. Many times, there service was inconsistent, depending upon the team. They showed up one morning without warning, claiming a schedule had been mailed to me. However, an updated schedule had not been sent since the frequency of the service had been changed. Knowing they had six houses to clean that day and only three to clean the next workday, I ask if they might come back the next workday since I was in pajamas, not feeling well and not prepared for cleaning. Plus, in the past, I had even had items broke due to them rushing through trying to clean too many houses in a day! They said they would come back, but I would have to pay a cancellation fee for a schedule that I had not been previously notified about.

Description of Work: Cleaning team is quite good. Administration/business skills of management are mediocre. Folks are quite friendly but it took several attempts to get them to respond to me. And the first day of scheduling, there were multiple mistakes. Once I got the team here, everything has been quite good. |

Description of Work: Set up two different appointment times with this provider. No shows both times. They asked me to reschedule when I called them, but I told them I couldn't miss any more work for missed appointments.

Description of Work: Merry Maids did housecleaning for us around two weeks ago. They come out every other week.
