 + 0 moreThe guys who showed up were very efficient in locating and fixing the leak. They were pleasant and knowledgeable. In fact, we scheduled another appointment for them to come back and take care of a few minor repairs. The company is now called Starks Pro Mechanical.

Description of Work: Called the after hours number when AC unit froze and would not thaw at 7pm weeknight. Did not show or return call. Called the next morning - service provider came, added freon, checked system did good service

Description of Work: This company has the BEST service tech in the industry. Bryan is the best!!!!! The office staff always goes out of there way to fit you in to their schedule. I called this morning because my ac went out and its supposed to be close to 100 degrees today. They had Bryan out in 30 minutes. Always punctual, professional and polite. Thank you Bryan!

Description of Work: Performed central unit annual service for summertime. Checked freon, cleaned unit. This year I bumped a pipe that caused a frayed wire in a whip to short out an on/off switch to the outside condenser/compressor. Air unit was not working so we contacted LK Wilson. They checked all internal parts for damage. Determined it was the whip and on/off switch. Did not try to take advantage of us. Considering the unit is 26 years old a service might try concocting a story and trying to sell a unit on the spot but they did not. We have been using LK Wilson as long as we have lived in Stillwater (36 years) and have been satisfied with the work they have done.

 + 0 moreIf and when we need plumbing service again, we will hire L.K. Wilson. We had a pleasant experience with them starting from when I picked up the phone. Their secretaries are extremely nice and easy to work with. We scheduled an appointment for a Tuesday morning and on Monday morning I received a call wondering if they could come and complete the task that day. The fix was done in 1 hour including a run to the store.
Description of Work: Fixed leak in main water line in front lawn.
