+ -1 moreMy appointment was for 4:30PM. 15 min. after the man was suppose to be there I called him and he said, "Oh, I'm sorry, I forgot you." He said he could be right there. So he was 35 min. late to start with. He had told me he charged $45.00 an hour which I agreed to. He estimated it woud take 30 min. He never mentioned a 5PM cut off time or overtime. It ended up costing $60.00. No! I won't use him again, nor will I recommend him!
Description of Work: Set up router and connected laptop.
