Description of Work: We were moving into a new (to us) house with about 50% carpeted flooring. They did a thorough cleaning, which did not remove 100% of previous occupant's pet stains but did help a lot in terms of their noticeability and the overall cleanliness of the carpet. They were realistic up front. I would use them again.

+ -1 moreEXTREMELY rude customer service. You cannot make an appointment unless you have a contract with them already which makes no sense. Asked pointless and irrelevant questions about my landlord. So I found a better service at a cheaper price. I tried to call and cancel and the employee or owner whoever it was hung up on me. All I wanted to do was get my carpets cleaned when I moved out not have to get in a fight and be told I'm not a priority.

+ -1 moreA pipe burst on Friday afternoon and left 2 inches of water in my bedroom and bathroom. After calling 2 companies that couldn't come out until Monday, I called Aladen. They understood the emergency and assured me they could come out after completing 2 other jobs they were currently on. They arrived in an hour, which sooner than they had told me. They were professional and extracted all the water from the carpet, and took steps to address the potential mold problem. Months later there is no mold and they kept the water from seeping and ruining my wood floors.
Description of Work: Cleaned 2 inches of water from my bedroom and bath from a broken pipe.

Description of Work: They came in to clean the carpet in the dinning area at the church. They were very unkempt and were late. They only did a fair job of cleaning the carpet. I would only use them again if we couldn't budget in a higher grade cleaning company.
