Description of Work: They installed a new wax ring (toilet flange) that was leaking at the base of our toilet. They also found that a bathroom drain was running slowly so they cleared a clog in it on the same trip.

 + -1 moreThe last job was replacing a hot water heater which we did not know was having problems until there was no hot water. It was a weekend and Steve asked if we wanted to wait until Monday when the hourly rates were lower. How many people do that? He was at the house first thing Monday morning with the new unit. The installation was relatively quick and the unit he selected was better than any unit we have seen and at a very reasonable price. The job was messy but Steve cleaned up (and insisted on cleaning up - I would have gladly done the cleanup). What can I say, we keep referring him because he's good, he doesn't pad his bill, but the quality of workmanship and products used is A+.
Description of Work: We have used Steve McFarland's plumbing company several times and keep coming back and referring him. He is honest, clean, quick and has high quality work. Recently we needed a new hot water heater and McFarland did a fabulous job selecting and installing our new unit. My husband is very pleased. Steve has also replaced and repaired faucets as well as done and instructed us how to maintain the sewer lines to prevent root growth.
