Description of Work: Websters have been great to work with, the capacitor went out during the summer heat. I called in the morning, they returned the calls, and got someone over within a day. They work well via text and phone to work with you. They could have said it was anything, but they did the right QC and came up with the a proper diagnosis.

+ -1 moreIt was a very balmy 103 degree Sunday. My A/C stopped blowing cold air. I called every heat and air repair company in a 30 mile radius and none answered except Webster's. I got off work at 4, and Chuck was waiting for me at my home. He took all of about 15 minutes to diagnose and repair a bad capacitor and was gone. They also bill you instead of having to fork over the money right away, which is very nice! Being an emergency call on a Sunday, it was quite a bit more than a regular house call, but in that heat I did not care! Great job and I would recommend them to anyone!
