This was the worst experience I have ever had with a repair service.
Description of Work: Came to my house to repair my brand new dryer still under warranty. He told me that he would order parts and it would be a little over a week because of the holiday the following week. I called them on the Tuesday following July 4, and the receptionist Stephanie told me the parts werent ordered. She was told we were going to take the dryer back to lowes for a replacement. I told her that was never discussed. She told me she would order the parts and they would be in on Friday July 12 and they would be there Monday to fix my dryer. About 3:00 Monday I called and asked her when the repair man would be there. She said he want coming today. It would be Friday before the repairman could get there. By this time we have been without a dryer approximately 3 weeks. I called lowes and filed a complaint against A plus appliance. So the next day a plus appliance dropped us as a customer and somehow got the warranty dropped on our dryer. This is a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS THAT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!

When appliances are damaged in shipping or delivery done buy the customer the warranty company nor the manufacture will cover the repairs. (deleted member name) had explained to our technician when he was on site that they had delivered the dryer to their home from Lowes. The technician explained at that time that the repair may not be covered. (deleted member name)s claims we had her warranty voided, that is not correct. Only this issue will not be covered under her warranty. Any other problems not related to this issue will still have a warranty.
