He also went above and beyond and helped me troubleshoot and repair an electrical issue with the well for my main house which was not in the scope of our contract. She completely hit the mark and we were thrilled!! John and Marissa started the process and we were so pleased with the care they took in preparing our home as well as helping us with our insurance claim. Marissa would also communicate with us on a daily basis so we were always prepared for each step and knew which contractors would be in our home throughout the entire process!! "I hired them last year through your website. The quality of the work was very poor - the fence is already loose and wobbly, and worse yet the metal post leaning toward one side now. Called them multiple times within the past couple of weeks and even left messages but got no response and it seems to me they are trying to avoid me. Bad business and no customer support/warranty at all. Not recommended to others. I even referred them to one of my friends, they got a business and I do not why they treated me like that."

"After placing our order, communication essentially stopped. Took multiple emails and texts to try to get any updates on our order. Windows were installed well with minimal damage to surrounding finishes and installers left the areas as clean as they could. Very disappointed the windows were NOT cleaned before the installers left. A small gesture like that would have been very appreciated."
