+ -1 moreWe made a reservation over the phone and arrived only to find they had no truck for us. We were directed to another town about 12 miles away. They did not have the size we needed. Both places charged my card to start the rental. By this time we had to call customer service and they said come back tomorrow. A few days later we come back. First place again no truck second place in town no one way truck. We were offered a truck that was 45 min away from Shawnee! But we came from OKC and wanted to move stuff back to OKC from Shawnee, just awful service. The 800 number was rude and unhelpful so we wasted two days off work and multiple hours.
Description of Work: Screwed up our reservation multiple times.
