Description of Work: We were having a new well drilled on farm land where we are planning to build a home.

Description of Work: I had my well pump go out. It was a shallow well jet pump which had given me no problems for over 15 yrs, it eventually went out. When I contacted Loman they were prompt in arriving and assessing the problem. When I attempted to have them replace my jet pump they repeatedly commented on how inferior the jet pumps were and tried to up-sell me on a submersible pump costing nearly twice the price. In addition, the new sub pump would require 60 ft. of new pipe at nearly $2.00 a foot. I agreed to purchase my own surface pump and supply it if they would install it, but then the representative called me while I was at Lowe's and informed me they would not install the pump I purchased without a new foot valve and new piping. The labor cost was $250, the 1/2 hp sub pump was $695, the tank (32 gal) $395. Would not recommend .

Description of Work: This company drilled a 330' water well We needed it done before they could get it in the schedule due to other appointments and they worked it out for us to trade with someone ahead of us on the schedule that was not in as much of a hurry. They were there exactly when they said they would be, showing up on time and worked the full day without stopping. They ate lunch on the site instead of taking the time to travel to get food to get us taken care of.
