HASBEL'S TERMITE & PEST CNTRL

Called 9:05 am on Monday morning and left a message for a return call saying that we needed someone to spray our yard for ticks. Recording verified that this was the correct number to call for Hasbel's termite and pest control services. Had not received a return call back after lunch, so I called and left another message at 1:45 pm, this time leaving my name and phone number again, and stating that both my husband and my mother-in-law and recommended that I call them. I received no return call Monday or Tuesday, so I called and left a third message on Tuesday afternoon. Still having received no return call, I tried them one more time on Thursday and left no message. My husband called and left them a message on Saturday morning (and let them know in his message that his wife had called and left several messages this week without response). He finally received a call back on Sunday evening...after we had already hired someone else to do the work! They may have been in the Shawnee area for long time, but I can't imagine that they will remain in business if they don't call potential customers back! We certainly will not waste our time calling them in the future!

We have never had any more problems with termites since we used Hasbell ten years ago. They are nice people, they do the job and are very punctual. I have never heard anything bad about them. My in laws always use them for all of their rental properties and are very pleased.
