gutter repair
+ -1 moreWe paid him upfront for $300.00 for the materials he said were needed he was supposed to do. We tried contacting him a dozen of times but we only got one response saying that he'll get to it but until now, he did not show up.
Description of Work: He was supposed to install gutters for us.
