+ -1 moreThe crew showed up at 6:30 am went to work and finished around 1:30 pm cleaned up all the old material swept the yard for loose nails and metals. I was very impressed with the criew James selected, they worked really hard and fast
Description of Work: James Jackson arranged for 8 man crew that came to my house, removed the old roof down to the decking and re-roofed on the same day. He purchased the roofing and materials needed and had on site for the roofer, arranged for at dumpster to be in place to dispose of the old material and then arranged for it to be picked up. James stayed withe the crew to make sure it was all done to our satisfaction.

Description of Work: The contractor insisted the job would be done in two weeks, it took five. I'm still fixing things that were not finished properly. He asked for his money more than he worked on the job. James is a very nice man but the work fell short of what I expected from a contractor. I would not use him again.

+ 1 moreHe is a very personable contractor. He listens and has really good suggestions. His work is very precise and I am pleased with the end results.
Description of Work: He gutted the utility room. This involved reinsulating, moving the plumbing, new paneling, put in new flooring, new cabinets, and hooked up the washer/dryer in a new spot. He also did repair on some structural cracks. He paneled the living room and hallway. There are new fixtures and crown molding.
