Delgado Trim Carpentry

Description of Work: DELGADO contracted cabinets and trim work. We allege the following: Mr. Delgado hides behind the apron strings of the woman in the household, by using slippery tactics in how he did business with us (proper and honest detailed disclosures were not provided in the beginning, and were ever changing toward the direction of when Mr. Delgaldo wanted money and was to provide insurance certificates to us, which were never provided). Was verbally insulting to us, when he thought things did not go his way. Did not have workers compensation insurance as first represented, and as their advertisements displayed. The work DELGADO did finish was not done so in a timely fashion, and most importantly, DELGADO did not finish the work DELGADO contracted to complete. DELGADO did in fact walked out on us after they had been paid in full on their Agreement, and afterwards, did not come back to finish their work. This bad experience cost us a lot of money to finish the Agreement. We have documentation to prove our statement... The main DELGADO representative acts like he has a major chip on his shoulder. We did initially rely upon the Angie List online company description and the presentation outline of what this company showed to be about, which was a big mistake. This business transaction with DELGADO did hurt us in our completion schedules, and in the total costs being over budget.
