Description of Work: I needed a "french drain" put in my backyard. They sent one of their "subcontractors" I guess and he did the work. In doing the job they cut the cable to the tv and the sprinkler wiring. They supposedly "fixed" them however, I had to have the cable company out later to fix it properly cause it wasn't working again. Ended up having to hire someone else also to fix the sprinkler wiring. This work was done in 2010. The subcontractor was suppose to call me about a part they needed to fix the sprinkler wiring. Several weeks went by and I had not heard anything. I went back to Complete Landscaping and told them the situation and I was advised they couldn't do anything cause "the guy didn't work for them, he was a subcontractor, they would take a message for him". It surprised me as the men who did the actual work were wearing Complete Landscaping shirts as well as driving a Complete Landscaping truck. Funny they didn't work for them. Needless to say they never contacted me.

Description of Work: Complete Landscape did some work for us last year. Our pool was damaged in the really cold frigid winter that we had last year. Instead of having it repaired, we decided to simplify our lives and have it filled in. They came and landscaped; they built it up in tiers so you can't tell there used to be a pool there. They brought in equipment that looked like it was used for roadwork.
