Description of Work: Hired to build a 40x40 pole barn with added concrete. Took 4 months to get the building crew on site. They never came back to finish the concrete. Called and called Heath and Monica for several weeks,always had an excuse. (Wife sick, he works 7 days a week, short handed ect..).We finally called and they gladly let us out of the contract. We then hired a local contractor that did an amazing job. Called about a 7 weeks after the building was built and told Monica that we had a crack in the concrete they did pour and she said that happens and they don't cut concrete,it's extra cost not included. Also asked about sand/dirt foundation coming out from the outside walls. She said that happens too, it's home owners responsibility.

 + -1 moreIt was the first time I had used them. They were very professional. They did a good job and we are very happy with the job. It only took a few weeks from start to finish and the building is a wood from and not a metal frame.
