+ 0 moreEverything has always gone well. Efficient, explains everything and cleans up. I would not hesitate to use his services any time and would not hesitate to recommend him.
Description of Work: Mike has done numerous jobs for us over the years. He is very friendly and reasonably priced, and knows what he's talking about. He has done bathroom remodeling projects for us, solar installation and numerous house calls for just about anything. He last installed a new air conditioning unit and we've been completely satisfied. He is also careful not to get anything messy.

+ -1 moreI initially out to fix the issue but it was not completely right, but we did not know. They came back out quickly to fix the issue at no charge. There was just natural wear and tear causing the issue, and he was able to fix the problem. The owner was the one who came out and did the job. He worked very well with my dad especially with communication.
Description of Work: An old faucet handle was not working properly. He was able to find a solution outside the box and make it work properly.

+ 0 moreMike Caudill replaced our old water heater and repaired the bathtub handles which weren't working well due to corrosion. They left the work area clean and even hauled the old water heater away. Would recommend them to my friends.
Description of Work: replaced our old 30 gallon water heater with a new 40 gallon and repaired tub hardware.
