It is wonderful to have a professional service provider that is reliable every time you call on them! I’ve seen other reviews that are not very flattering of iHaul of Tulsa and I’m convinced that they were rating a different business on iHauls account. I would without hesitation use iHaul again and highly recommend them to anyone that needs anything hauled away! He also gave me a military discount which was much appreciated!
Description of Work: Over the past year we had gathered a large collection of old equipment and other items not suitable for regular trash pick up that needed to be hauled away.

We rescheduled for a new day and time. Mid afternoon he texted he wouldn't be able to make it because of a headlight out and his main worker being unavailable. Will not try this company again

Description of Work: They moved items from my garage (some very heavy i.e. boxes of tile) to my shed so my potted plants (some huge and very heavy) could be moved into my garage for the winter. |David came out on a Saturday morning and we walked my property to review everything that needed to be done. He asked a lot of good questions so he could familiarize himself with the job. He was very professional and had good suggestions. He seemed honest, kind and caring. We agreed on a price for the job that I felt was fair given the fact that the weather made it time sensitive. He even said he would watch the weather! Since it can freeze anytime in the fall, we discussed that the lead time may be only one day. And it was! |I called David on Thursday since a hard freeze was predicted for Friday. He was very nice and said of course he could come on Friday. Whew, what a relief! He also told me that he had been in the hospital with a serious and extended illness but that he was completely well and could do the job. |David called as they approached my house on Friday. David and Ray arrived with smiles on their faces and were ready to go! I was still worried that David might not feel up to it, but he assured me that he could do the job. David asked that we walk the property again so Ray could get an idea of the magnitude of the job. Good idea! |They worked very hard moving, rearranging and brain storming better ways to organize my shed and garage. They made great suggestions and by the end of the day, all my plants were in the garage. The shed and garage were clean and organized. They would have stayed as long as it took to get the job done. Ray even hung a fluorescent light fixture in my garage! |It did freeze that night but didn't get as cold as forecasted. I was SO glad to have such a large chore done in such an organized manner! |I would HIGHLY recommend I Haul of Tulsa. They are punctual (that is important to me!) and do what they say they will do. They are professional, kind and caring not to mention SMART! It was very important to them that I was HAPPY with the work they did. And I certainly was!!! |A+++++++++++!!!!!!!!!!!!

He bid $600-$650 on the job and I accepted. Then he emailed me back with cryptically saying he wasn't interested. No big deal, just weird. Below are the emails. He came out to give me a quote and was very nice to work with. I was in the process of moving out of a house and he even offered to move a few items that I had left over to my new place. The job cost was as quoted, even though I added several items, and in my opinion was reasonable and a great value.  + -1 moreThey were WONDERFUL. This being a holiday weekend, I expected to have to wait. Originally they said would probably be Tuesday, but then he called and asked if I would want to do it on Sunday (due to unusual circumstances I needed this done as soon as humanly possible). Sunday he called so apologetic and said that he had picked up a virus and would prefer to wait to today (Monday) if that was OK with me. He called this morning and arrived when he said he would. I knew at all times what was going on. They were very careful of any items that might possibly get knocked over\, moved them out of the way and then back where they were. They were so nice and courteous I cannot say enough nice things about this company. They asked several times before they left to make sure that there was nothing else I needed done at this time. Not pushing, just wanted to make sure I did not see them drive away and say - oh no = why did I not have them do this or that. When we first talked I asked for a "ballpark" dollar amount (and believe me it did not include many of the items that they ended up doing) and told him I would not hold him to it until he had actually seen what he was getting into to. He came in right within the price range he had given me. I have several other items along these lines (like having some carpet removed, small trees removed etc) and some more furniture that I will eventually be getting rid of. These are the things that were within the type of work he does. There were a couple of other items I asked about that he does not do and he was very upfront with me about that. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them. They were delightful to work with.

He arrived at the times scheduled, was very professional and did not charge me any extra for the additional items he hauled away. I would definitely recommend and use him again.
Description of Work: I had some lumber, steel fence posts, metal lawn chairs & an old very heavy dishwasher in the backyard. There was also various small & large items in a storage shed that were hauled away.

 + 0 morePrevious estimates (with other companies) for the hot tub removal left an obvious feeling of the individuals not wanting to deal with a difficult job. David was always in contact, let us know when things changed because of the holidays and didn't flinch when we showed him what we wanted cleaned up. He mentioned that they do quite a few hot tubs throughout the year. They did exactly what we asked and for a (I believe) very fair price. When we need our deck demolished later this year we will be calling him again.
Description of Work: We had an old, junky hot tub in a difficult to access area and a wooden patio that needed to be torn out thanks to being partially ripped up by a falling tree.
