Of course, a leak doesn't happen at a convenient time. I walked into my garage to find water on the floor on a Friday night. I determined that it was coming up from a crack in the slab. Being the first time dealing with something like this, we really didn't know what to do. We turned off the water for the evening and started calling next morning. We called at least 10 companies. All wanted to charge ridiculous "afterhours" rates to come out on the weekend. Finally got ahold of Greg. All pricing was worked out in advance. He located the leak and told me what needed to happen. They were efficient, professional and a pleasure to work with. I will use them for all plumbing needs going forward.

We came home to water gushing from a bathtub faucet on Friday evening. My phone call to Grayco was returned immediately, I was told how to locate the water shut off, and the plumber came out Saturday morning to identify and fix the problem. (He was willing to check out the issue Friday evening, but explained that since supply stores were closed he would be unlikely to complete the repair.) This was the best service we have had from a plumber since moving to Sapulpa ten years ago. We'll definitely be using Grayco for all our future plumbing needs.

"Greg" with "Grayco Plumbing" responded to my request for repair of ruptured water pipes from a freeze. They were the only ones in the area that responded in a timely fashion. they came out the same day, after others couldn't get to us until a week later. He came out with 3 individuals, they were very professional, courteous, and polite. The pricing was very reasonable, considering that we were desperate for getting our water back on asap. They had to totally reconstruct the water pipe configuration in our "wellhouse" . I would recommend them and will use them again in the future.
