He did a good job with the ice maker. The problem was with the line not the ice maker itself. He seemed to know what he was doing. He didn't seem to have a clue about the Angie list special. I mentioned it to him & he asked me what I paid & I told him. He deducted the amount paid from the total but not the amount for the certificate. Guess that was my fault because I didn't notice it until he left. So, I just prepaid $25 instead of the pay $25 for $50.

I told him what my appliance was doing and the service provider stated it was not worth coming out and using the deal, and that I should buy another one to avoid extra costs. He was very professional. He was really nice and took time to tell me I should go out and purchase a new appliance based on the issues I stated.

Contacted Certified Appliance SVC (Raymond) through Angie's List with my washer model number and symptoms. He responded quickly by email with his contact information and service call cost. I arranged a service time and he was there promptly at the agreed time. He took the top off the washer and connected a hose that had come off and said that should take care of the problem, which it did, he didn't try to sell me a part that I didn't need and all he charged was a service call. I would recommend him to anyone who needs appliance repair.

When we discovered our washing machine was leaking on a Friday night, and we had a lot of laundry to do over the weekend, we needed it repaired immediately. We checked Angie's List and found Raymond and are glad we did. He came over that same evening and discovered the busted pump. He took care of it for us promptly and professionally. We are very glad we found him.
