+ -1 moreThe new down spout is flooding the front yard. He should have left the down spout the way it was, which was one down spout that drained to the french drain. The new down spout is going into the front yard and garden and flooding it. It takes days for it to dry up. The gutter is not catching the water above the front door. I even have taken pictures of the problem. He will not come back and fix it or return my calls.
Description of Work: They put one piece of gutter, put a guard over it, and installed new down spout.
