Sergio's Stucco Design

Ok at first. Then they started missing days. I provided lunch many times for all of them. Provided cokes and water in a fridge they had access too. Then Sergio took another job in OKC while they were to finish here after 3 weeks of work and did not show up again for over two weeks. The paint had and does have stucco all over it. My roof has foam all over it. Looks like it snowed. It is uneven in many places. He kept saying it will be perfect when we leave and will clean up all the mess. Well that never happened. When he got back he told me the people in OKC wanted his insurance and was sueing him for home damage. His truck broke down and could not tow his trailer. I allowed him to use mine. He brought it back empty of gas and stucco all over the bed of my truck and fifthy with beer cans in the back and food smashed in-between my seats. Can's under the seat as well as bags of junk food. As well their were zero brakes left on my truck. I had a car accident because I could not stop my truck. That night. Then he said he would be finished in one week. Well they finished! Did not cover flower beds so all were covered in stucco splash. I am not saying a little. Covered. I had to spend 1200.00 having it all dug out and new put in. The man that did it could not believe he did not cover a thing. All my edging still has it all over it. Nails all over the yard and drive. Trash was left all over and was across the street at my neighbors. Then my air units, 2 of them suddenly stopped working. I personally took one apart. Well low and behold, their was so much stucco inside of them that the blades could not move to keep it cool and burned up two motors. I had to pay someone on 6/15/21 1500.00 to replace the fans and motors. Sergio told me 5 times he would come back and fix the mess. I have his text as well. He told me I would get a 5 year warranty and never gave me any papers. He choses not to respond. I too asked for his insurance company info. He has refused to give that to me. He has been silence. Not one of the people here were legal. In fact he went to pick up one in missouri that had spent two weeks crossing the border at the end of his time. He brought him here. Am I mad. Yes but more disappointed that I believed his words. I would not recommend him to anyone. Yes am I filing a suit. He also knew the day he was done this house was going up for sale for 800 grand. Sergio has not come to fix it. This is embarrassing after all the pressure he put on me to do it in the first place. He has 3 horses. While his truck was broke down I ordered hay for him and they brought it here to put on his trailer. 450.00. No he did not pay me for that as well. Don't be a fool! Now since I found out he is illegal and all the workers were how does this guarantee 5 year repair, let alone finishing it now! As well you should run a check on all people on your list. They should all be legal. Because your company referred them to me and you should require people that you let use your list provide proof on insurance to you monthly. That way if people like me get 0 response from your chosen referral then the record of insurance would be in that file. Duh! Oh yes call. Come by, happy to send pics. What ever.
