Description of Work: The Serviceman arrived within 30 minutes from talking to the company. He fixed the problem in 2 hours. Part of that time was waiting on replacement parts that he did not have in his truck. The serviceman was clean friendly and knew what he was doing. While he has here I got quotes on other jobs I want to have done in the future and I will use this company.

Description of Work: Plan was to run new wire thru conduit, redirect it into house and install 220v, 30amp plug. Estimated at 2 + hours. Once there, decided not to run new wire but used existing, and put new plug on. Took less than 30 min, but did not discount the price. Very disappointed.

 + -1 moreThey added the wall receptacle and the new breaker in a very timely and efficient fashion. He took the time to inform me about our breaker box and an additional 220 outlet that was already installed. The service was completed within 4 hours of our initial call to their business.

 + -1 moreThere was an electrical problem with our mobile home - half the home had electricity and the other half did not. Called Rick Tallent Electric on a Friday afternoon. Rick stopped by our place and determined that the problem was with PSO. He advised me to contact PSO right away. PSO came out that day and gave us a temporary line just to let us have electricity over the weekend. The service call bill was sent to the mobile home park. We would highly recommend using Rick Tallent Electric again.

 + -1 moreCalled them because the ac unit was no longer working. It turned out to be a burned breaker that had damaged the entire box. They came on the same day, identified the problem promptly and showed me the issues, then gave me my alternatives clearly. I elected to replace the entire breaker box. They were polite, prompt and did a great job. They showed me everything that had been done before they left. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Replaced a main breaker box that had a burned-out breaker. Checked the ac unit for electrical problems.

 + -1 moreThe young men who did the work were so competent and told me everything that needed to be done. They were easy to talk with and made me feel comfortable that they really knew what they were doing.
Description of Work: They removed a large light box containing 2 light fixtures and replaced it with 2 can lights. They did an excellent job, quickly and efficiently. They also replaced the rims of 2 other lights I already had so they all matched.
