Description of Work: I called and was told the estimate would be at 11 am. By 11:40 I gave up and went out to lunch. I later noticed an unrecognized number missed call on my cell phone from 12:15. I later called PF and advised the estimator was a no-show. The woman said she would check with the estimator and I'd be called back. No one called back.

Description of Work: He came and assessed the job and gave an estimate but never called to set a date for the job completion. I called 2 months after he was here and a woman said that they'd been just "slammed" and had too much to do to get back to us. That was over 2 month ago with no word from him, no explanation, nothing, so I'm giving up.

+ -1 moreShowed up on time. Kept us apprised of the progress of the job (we were away at the time). Cleaned up and left. We have since called him to fix a broken water pipe at our new property. He showed up promptly, located the pipe, fixed it and meticulously restored the large area of the lawn that was messed up because of the leak. I will have him handle all of our sprinkler needs and for that matter any need his company can do for us.
Description of Work: Underground drainage, new wood fence posts and iron safety gate to pool. In ground water pipe break at a different location.

+ -1 moreThe person who came out and quoted us was very friendly and easy to deal with. He gave us a quote that was very competitive, price-wise, and referred us to a similar type fence he installed at a local business. We moved into a new house and needed the fence quickly (we have three dogs that need to be outside). They were able to accommodate our request. The two installers worked very hard and did good work. The fence looks great. My only grumble is with the cleanup. They could have been a more tidy in some areas; they left some loose stones around that should have been taken care of. It was a good experience. I would use them again, or at least give them a shot at bidding future jobs.
Description of Work: Installed a western rail fence at our house and stained it.

Description of Work: We really enjoyed working with Ryan Skaggs, the owner. Three neighbors went together for this project which consisted of approx. 350 feet of fence and 4 gates. We invited 4 fence companies to provide their ideas and estimates on the project. We rated each contractor on price and then our opinion of quality of work (prior work, known references and Angie's list) Of the four, 3 rated A and one was B. Precision was at the top of the A list in these categories. They were also tied for best price. | |Precision started the project ahead of schedule and finished ahead of schedule. Their workers were very business like, very polite and unobtrusive. They did a good job in cleaning after finishing. Ryan has followed-up on the job with all 3 neighbors. Every one is very happy and would give an A+ rating
