Estimate / proposal was never received to begin the job after numerous contacts. My time is valuable also and waiting for an estimate that she had no intention of providing is rude and unprofessional.

Great, started on a Monday and worked full days from daylight till dark until the job was completed

It's been absolutely wonderful because they would come in whenever the weather is good. They'll give me a call and say they are coming over and then they'll get as much done as possible. They even went above and beyond. I had people for the Super Bowl party and some of them were interested in finding out what we were doing with our landscaping and they actually came in when the weather was not good and they try to finish as much as they could and clean it all out so I could have a backyard to view for my Super Bowl party. They did a fantastic job and trying to meet schedules. We had a couple of companies come out and we chose them because they came up with some ideas that made me interested with them. We weren't 100% sure what we wanted to do and they made some recommendations that actually made a lot of sense and so we chose them. Ever since we've gone with them, they've been very good and very flexible. They are very personable and they talk to us in terms of what's going on. We changed our minds a couple of times and they were very flexible in being able to change some of the design work. They have a very good use of the computer to give us an idea of what they are proposing because we are very visual people. They did a really good job on using some software to give us an idea of what they are planning on putting in. It just really helped us to make the decision and make the whole project a lot easier so we are very happy. I'm very happy with them.

Dawn came out and walked over our property, took photos and notes and using computer illustrations, within 3 days gave us a very detailed presentation of what her improvements would look like along with a detailed cost estimate. We were immediately impressed with her attention to detail and knowlege. We initially wanted some shrubs but they looked so good, we retained them to build a stone patio, make a shrub and plant garden area, and repair and improve our irrigation system. To fit our budget, the work was done over the entire summer and it looks great! We are very pleased with the results and will definately use her company for future improvements.

Overall the experience was great. Dawn and her daughter, Tiffani knew what they were doing and they did it. They were fast, effective, and professional. They were always polite and friendly too.

The workers who installed the pavers did an amazing job and I would use them again any day! So they had a great crew but most of the work performed by the owners of the company was questionable. 1. I paid more than I should have for the landscaping part (removal of dirt and new enhanced soil for flower beds). Plus, I paid for weed fabric under all the beds but I discovered on one section they had used the plastic wrap which the pavers had come in. I called three times but Dawn only returned my call when I left a message saying I would be calling the BBB since no one had returned my call. She actually returned that call within a few minutes and said they would be out soon to take care of the problem. I was out of town at the time but she did call afew weeks later to say the problem had been fixed. However, when I did return home, I discovered the plastic was still there! I called again and told her she would have to come fix it when I was home so I could watch them fix the problem, but she came while I was gone. I checked an area and it appeared to be fixed. 2. Her husband built some benches for the patio but when they were being installed she said it cost more than they had originally thought so I had to pay $300 more (yes, I realize I shouldn't have paid it - afterwards!). Dawn told me I would need to stain/refinish the benches maybe every 3 years , but after the first year I can tell they need refinishing. 3. They were supposed to leave the leftover pavers for me since I had paid for them but I was left with only 1 paver; yes, only 1 paver. Overall, I feel like Dawn took advantage of the fact that I was not very knowledgeable on this subject because I had never hired contractors for a job this big before. Plus, any work that she and her husband performed (aka The Owners) was subpar compared to the wonderful work her crew did on laying the pavers. If you decide to hire this company, you will need to go over the quote with a fine tooth comb and be there to supervise every bit of the work (except the pavers) to be sure it is done right. I would never use them again because I don't feel they are trustworthy nor reliable.

The work was done well. I was surprised to see 2 women pulling up the pavers and re-laying them, and they did a great job! A few of the plants didn't make it through the winter, and I will contact Dawn to see what can be done.

The job was fine and they did everything they said they would. The fact that they did everything they said they would, I would let other members know about. They are laying landscape pavers and they are doing a very professional job. I checked around with several places and they were very competitive.
