Description of Work: First talked with a rep in the beginning of the year. We finally decided stained concrete was what we wanted to do. I wanted to see a sample of the color the concrete would look like besides what can be seen online. Colors look different in pictures. Actually went to their shop to see some samples. Another rep came out and gave an estimate several thousands more than the first estimate. This rep did not include two rooms I wanted done..the rep also never responded to why he chose not to include these rooms. Decided to go in a different direction unfortunately.

Description of Work: Hawk Eye put in both a concrete overlay and an epoxy product on about 3500sf of two floors and two stairwells. While the upstairs epoxy is lovely and staying in good shape, the concrete basement floor has been bubbling and chipping since it was put down. For over a year it has been one phone call after another to get his folks to come out to repair the problem but it's still not fixed and more giant chips keep appearing. We have also filed a BBB complaint. After many denials of fault on his end, the company's response to our grievance was to offer to bring in "the leading expert in decorative concrete overlays in the state of Oklahoma," to come in and make recommendations, with which he would comply. He failed to mention he also happens to be the registered agent, according to the OK Secretary of State, of this other company that has no website, legitimate address or phone number. Can a company be more unethical?

 + 1 moreHawkeye is overall a great company to work with. I recommend them, and plan on using them again if the need arises. They use great products as well. There were some spots that didn't live up to our expectations, and the Hawkeye team member travelled from their location in Sand Springs all the way to Bartlesville on 2 different occasions, just to make us happy. Unfortunately, not a lot of companies do this anymore.
Description of Work: We had a reflector epoxy floor installed in our living room and bedroom and are very pleased with the results.
