Overall a great experience and would certainly hire them again. In the beginning the responsiveness to phone calls was bleak, but once finally connected the project move along smoothly.

Excellent. Communication with this company was top notch. Communication is a problem for other fence companies. They arrived exactly when expected, finish exactly when quoted. They also coordinated with us and other contractors on the work. we were also having a wall built. price was good and no surprises, honored the Angies List coupon even though we did not have it printed out. i was impressed that they sent their "certificate of insurance" before the work began without us having to request it. i would highly recommend this company for fence work. they were not the low bidder, but not the highest. all materials were of good quality and as quoted.

Work was performed performed very professionally and punctually. We were very happy with the result. Would definitely recommend to others and would rehire for any other fencing projects.

For some reason I had a hard time getting a privacy fence built in this town. I contacted approx five other businesses over a few years before I went with Atlas and they had all said they didn't do work in Tulsa even though they were based in adjoining suburbs, or they flaked on showing up for an estimate, or when they did an estimate, I couldn't get a hold of them again. Atlas' bid seemed a little high compared to the one other estimate I had gotten, but their work I'd seen was really nice and they were actually responsive when I said I wanted to have them do the work. They showed up six days early unannounced to start the job which was fine by me, great really since I was looking forward to having it built, but I had another contractor that was also going to be doing work in the yard that day so his job had to be rescheduled for the weekend, which ended up not being a big deal for him. The fence is very top quality as nice as could be expected, my only complains are that they used my water hose the entire first day to soften the ground to set the posts, and used my electricity all day the second day to run their equipment. Not a big deal really but it was never mentioned they would need to use my resources. Also they left some water bottles, a red bull can, and a bag of chips in the yard after they finished the job, and left a lot more trash in the yard after the first day, but it was still an active job site at the time so it didn't really bother me.

I live in another state and needed someone to take care of a damaged fence at my rental property. Atlas Fence contacted the management company and the tenants to set up appointments and get the work done in a timely manner. Atlas handled everything for me and was quick to respond to my questions and provided a fair price. I would use Atlas Fence again.

They showed up on time the first time, but when I called them to return to fix more of the boards, I they never showed up or returned my call.

excellent experience with my first fence replacement. much better material used than old fence (taller post, 4x6 post on both gates, gate braces, tighter picket spacing etc...) cost was 1500.00 lower than competitor bid. My wife even threw them a curve and had them replace and additional 41 feet of fence that we share with a neighbor and they took that right in stride and still finished on time. Thumbs UP!

Work was finished in two days. They worked from 10-3 setting the posts, came back the next day and installed the fence and gates from 10-4. Pleasant to work with and communicate with. Cleaned up afterward.

I tried to get bids from several fence companies and they ignored me or dropped the ball. Atlas was very fast and responsive. They came out quickly to view the site, got me a bid within 24 hours and got the work completed within 10 days. I would definitely recommend the company.

From the initial phone call requesting an estimate to the final nail in the fence...this company was a pleasure to work with. I read many reviews and can now add my report that they did excellent work, in a timely manner and met or exceeded our expectations. They were also competitive in price with others that we called. When they were finishing the job, my next door neighbor made contact with them and will now also be calling them to replace his fence. Their finished job was all the neighbor had to see!!

Not well. Oscar did not show on day one (Monday at noon) and there was no call at all to say they would be late. I called the office twice to find out what was going on (left messages both times). Rescheduled for the next day at 9, and still, no show, and no communication as to whether he was going to come or why he was late. His office assistant was nice, but not really helpful as to why two appointments were dropped. I will try to find another fence repair company.

The work done was great and Oscar and his crew are really nice to deal with. I would recommend Atlas to anyone who needs a excellent fence!!

They did everything that they were asked to do and it looked very nice when finished.

Exactly as promised. On time and for price quoted. Also included clean up and hauling away old materials.

Atlas was very good about working with us to get good bids that covered different options. We postponed for a while due to being out of town, then they had to postpone once due to cold weather, but after that they were prompt and very courteous. We changed from single-sided to double-sided for one section of the fence midway through the project and they accommodated us with a reasonable price adjustment. I thought they were very nice to deal with. They used quality materials, 4 backrails for the 8' sections, and generally did a good job. I could quibble that they didn't use as much concrete in the holes as I would have, but the fence turned out looking good and I'm sure will last a long time.

Great. Very professional and exceptional workmanship.

Overall it went well. They were prompt to come out and quote my job, and the work performed was high quality, but they were kind of lacking from a communication standpoint. They seem to operate on a "first come/first served" basis, and so don't really give very specific dates for when the work will take place. And then, the day the work actually did happen, they just showed up, without any advance notice to let me know they were coming. It worked out, no big deal, but I feel like they could have communicated the schedule better.
